Dustin Pesnell
Dustin Pesnell - President & CEO 305-891-4742 - Dustin@FreedSales.com Dustin has had a passion for Music and Sales his entire life. He has been a musician/ DJ since the young age of 13 playing in nightclubs and bars. In the late 90’s he worked for a retail music store called Discount Music Center in Orlando, Florida. He thrived at that position quickly becoming one of the top salesmen in the store and started their DJ/ Lighting department. In August of 2000 he had the opportunity to interview and work for Jerry Freed as a regional sales manager. At the young age of 22, he hit the road covering FL/ GA/ AL representing the ADJ Group of Companies and Gator cases. In 2004 Dustin had the opportunity to purchase Freed Sales from Jerry Freed. That same year Dustin started a microphone company called Airwave Technologies. Both Freed and Airwave have grown year after year and proudly employs 8 people with Headquarters in Hollywood, FL with an office/ showroom, and regional offices in Orlando, Nashville, and Atlanta. Dustin still does DJ recordings (monthly) and has a passion for boating and travel.
Carlo Mercuri

Starting with Classical Piano training at the age of 7, followed by Theater Production Education and continued Piano Performance with various Choral Ensembles in High School. Carlo was also part of the prestigious Miami Beach Senior High School Rock Ensemble (www.rockensemble.com) where he was Lead Keyboardist, Manager and Audio and Lighting Technician from 1995-1997. Carlo also worked at various DJ Music Stores on Miami Beach alongside many Local and Internationally recognized DJ’s . In College, Carlo continued his Theater Production education and then joined FREED SALES in 2002. Carlo enjoys Cooking, Traveling, Classical Music and EDM Music Performances, as well as other Music, Theater and Lighting Production events.

Ian Mercel - Product Specialist 305-891-7399 x105 - Ian@FreedSales.com Ian Mercel is a three-time GRAMMY-nominated audio engineer whose career combines recording, production, education, and live performance. His early interest in music and computers led him to study Commercial Music at Florida Atlantic University before interning at Lenny Kravitz’s studio at The Setai in Miami Beach. Since then, Ian has worked with a wide range of artists, producers, and engineers while expanding his expertise in recording, mixing, vocal production, audio post-production, and DJing. Today, in addition to his responsibilities at Freed Sales, he serves as an Audio Instructor at SAE Institute Miami and works as a freelance engineer throughout South Florida, primarily from Triton Studios in Hollywood. When he is not behind the console or teaching, Ian can occasionally be found behind the turntables, spinning disco records at local venues.Joe Newall

Today, he combines that professional background with technical expertise and creativity to deliver effective visual solutions. Whether supporting a theatrical production, house of worship, nightclub, or special event, Kenny focuses on reliable systems, professional service, and results that meet the needs of each client and application.
